Description: OMA is an art program designed for people with memory loss and other dementia-related impairments. It is founded on the fact that people with dementia (PWD) are capable of and can benefit from expressing themselves creatively. The program is grounded in principles that promote the personhood of people with dementia and it is created collaboratively by artists and gerontologists.
