Title: Enriching Now with Then: Connecting Nursing Home Residents and Nursing Home Staff Through Oral History

Description: A study of how knowledge about the pasts of nursing home residents (through printed oral histories) may result in better attitudes of nursing home staff toward residents (and vice versa), leading to improved staff/ resident communication and relations as well as, possibly, higher job satisfaction among nurses aides.
